This is a very early Production L319 Discovery 3 HSE.

A batch of 125 was built for global media ride and drive events and this one was used on the Scottish event in 2004.

After the press launch this vehicle was loaned to the Midlands Fire Service as a trial commander’s vehicle and still retains its logo.

The vehicle was gifted to the Collection by JLR in 2006. The local main dealer shudders when it has a service due to all the zeroes in the VIN number!
