If you go down to the woods today…

This extraordinary Land Rover, known as the Forest Rover, was built by Roadless Traction of Hounslow in 1964, and served the Central Electricity Generating Board for many years at the Rhayader Dam in Wales. It is a fair bet that nobody at Roadless or the CEGB would ever have expected it to be lapping Goodwood over fifty years later!
