World Land Rover Day

JLR hosted an international media event at Ryton on Monday. Journalists from around the world arrived to drive a fleet of historic Land Rovers from the Solihull factory to the Classic works facility at Ryton. The Collection loaned sixteen vehicles for this 'media drive', eleven of which had to be prepared for use on the public highway with tax and MoTs, and all performed faultlessly on the day thanks to Philip and Daryl's hard work.

A 30-minute film was recorded live at the event and is well worth watching on JLR's Youtube channel.

A very successful day for the Collection with a great deal of very positive comment from the journalists who drove our vehicles, and hopefully some good media coverage for us will result in due course.
